Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact 24 hours in advance. If you need to reschedule after 24 hours, please contact us directly via phone or email. Note for all appointments and services, alterations and repairs are assessed on a case-by-case basis, considering the material, age, wear, condition, and requested service. Some items may not be easily repaired due to condition or material. Options will be discussed, and final service will be determined by agreement of client and service provider. Note that repairs and alterations will reflect areas of work, to restructure, and strengthen the area. Imperfections, and slight variations to the repair, is part of the process and is agreed upon. Please note there are no refunds for alterations or repairs. Vintage items have general wear, use, and minor areas which may include marks, spots, holes, and overall distressing and fade. In purchasing vintage items, you understand that this is considered part of the items character and agree to such. Please contact with any questions prior to purchase, and review the items description and pictures (or item shown in person or virtually) carefully prior to purchasing.
